Shipping times vary by item, some items ship within 24 hours while other items ship in 5-7 business days. As of now the 2A market is flooded with orders. We do our best to ship every order asap. Once an item leaves with a tracking number we have no control over the carriers and their time frames. We rarely have shipping issue but if they do occur we can help sometimes by reaching out to the carrier. When an order is marked delivered we are not responsible for that product being stolen, nobody home or the package not being there. It is the customers job to keep track of the package with the given tracking number Provided in the email.
Once an order is placed it will begin processing. We do not cancel orders once processed. We only accept returns if it is an error of ours in product or damaged items which is very unusual since we visually inspect every product leaving our store/warehouse.. If you found the price better somewhere else after ordering we do not accept returns for that. We do not accept returns for buyers error or mistakes. We do not accept returns on small parts as well. Every product has a specific description with measurements, sizes and tech info. It is your responsibility to make sure you are buying the correct piece you are needing. In a case where we do accept a return there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
In the case where we do accept a return, once we receive the item and it is in the same shape it was sent out in you can expect a refund within 1 week. The time period fluctuates as the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
When a product is damaged such as a barrel it should be warrantied by the manufacturer. We will help in this situation and gather emails/documents to make your return much easier. We have no control over warrantied products by the manufacturers, they are a separate business entity.

When you place an order, our shipping is free over $100.00 in the U.S. If your order is not over that price we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We use USPS First Class mail usually 1-4 business days after the package has been processed. Barrels/Uppers and items of that nature ship fed ex most of the time depending.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
